The CHIMERA 2.0 project focuses on the experimental development of an advanced communication platform for secure mobile, desktop, and server-based communication in organizations with high requirements for data protection. The objective of the project is to extend the existing CHIMERA system with new security mechanisms, in particular AI-driven threat and anomaly detection, Zero-trust authentication, post-quantum encryption architecture, autonomous penetration testing, and distributed security infrastructure. The platform is designed as an on-premise or hybrid solution, enabling customers to maintain full control over their data, users, devices, and security policies.

The solution includes end-to-end encryption, identity management, secure device-to-device communication, cryptographic key protection, and continuous security monitoring. The project includes architecture design, development and training of AI models, implementation of automated security tests, penetration and load testing, and subsequent incorporation of findings into the system. The expected result is verified CHIMERA 2.0 software ready for deployment in security-sensitive organizations, particularly in public administration, security forces, the defence industry, and other sectors requiring sovereign, controllable, and highly secure communication.
