This project focuses on the development of a comprehensive psychotherapeutic system based on advanced methods of biometric feedback diagnostics. Wearable sensors capture physiological parameters such as heart rate, heart rate variability and electrodermal activity, which are combined with speech and semantic analysis to assess the user’s psychological state. Dedicated software offers self-therapeutic interventions for selected psychological difficulties and adapts them to the user’s actual physiological and emotional response. The solution runs on standard mobile devices and computers, responding to the limited availability of specialised mental health care and long waiting times.
