This specialized measuring facility, located at the Department of Telecommunications, offers a top antenna anechoic chamber designed for precise measurements in the field of electromagnetic field propagation. The chamber allows testing of radio equipment and measurement of antenna directional characteristics in the frequency range of 700 MHz – 40 GHz. Thanks to special reflection-absorbing surfaces and perfect shielding from external influences, the chamber provides ideal conditions for repeatable and professional measurements.
The facility is funded by the REFRESH project and is available to both academic partners and companies across the Czech Republic.
Measurement frequency range 700 MHz – 40 GHz. Includes testing of radio equipment and measurement of antenna directional characteristics under repeatable, professionally shielded conditions.
The technical parameters of the chamber can be found [HERE]
The positioning system supports tested devices up to 50 kg during measurement workflows.
Used as part of chamber-based validation workflows together with RFspin antenna standards such as DRH370, DRH10, DRH40, and QRH11.
Operating range 10 MHz to 44 GHz for antenna and radio equipment characterization.
